Software License

The author (Jon Wind) hereby grants, a free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the computer software (Add/Strip™ and Edit Add/Strip™) for the period of sixty (60) days starting from the date of receipt.  After that time the software must be registered with the author with appropriate compensation.

Registered users of previous versions may use this version at no additional cost.


Limitations of remedies

This software is provided on an “as is” basis.  In no event shall the author be liable for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising out of the use or inability to use the software or any data supplied therewith even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.

Some states do not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation may not be applicable to you.

In no case shall the author’s liability exceed the payments made by licensee to the author.


Restrictions on Use

Licensee shall not modify, translate, decompile nor create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source code from the object code supplied hereunder or use it to create a derivative work.

Registered users may personalize their copy of the software (Add/Strip) but may not distribute personalized copies.
